About the Role
You will develop recruiting plans for machine-learning and AI research talent. You will partner with hiring managers, improve inclusive recruiting processes, build outreach campaigns, shape long-term talent strategies, strengthen employer branding, and track recruiting practices and sourcing innovations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting technical research teams
- Technical aptitude to understand and evaluate technical qualifications
- Experience partnering with researchers and hiring GenAI and LLM talent
- Experience scaling diverse, high-performing teams in a high-growth startup environment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously
Responsibilities
- Develop recruiting plans to source and hire machine-learning and AI research talent
- Partner with research hiring managers to understand hiring needs, skills, and qualifications
- Implement recruiting processes, programs, and targeted outreach campaigns
- Build connections with industry leaders and reduce unfair bias in hiring processes
- Collaborate on long-term talent-acquisition strategies across technical teams
- Enhance employer branding within research and science communities
- Track recruiting practices, sourcing techniques, interview innovations, and workplace trends
