About the Role
You will manage bank reconciliations, evaluate agent e-float purchases, process partner wallet funding transactions, verify transaction amounts, investigate discrepancies, reconcile bank transactions daily, align banks with bank agent IDs, record bank fees, and support the Reconciliation Manager with projects and ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English and French
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline
- At least three years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reconciling financial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Foundational knowledge and practical experience in bookkeeping or accounting principles
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and similar software tools
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Experience identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records
