About the Role
You will apply cash receipts to client bookings, monitor payments, research unapplied cash and variances, reconcile receipts with booking details, answer stakeholder inquiries, provide team backup, and handle ad hoc requests. You will use Excel and Outlook while managing multiple accounting projects with accuracy.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Accounting experience
- Previous Entertainment or Banking experience preferred
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Accounting knowledge
- Interpersonal skills
- Organization and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Apply cash receipts to the proper client booking
- Monitor cash, check, wire, and ACH payments
- Research unapplied cash to client bookings
- Reconcile cash receipt backup with booking details
- Research booking and cash receipt variances
- Provide backup to other team members
- Address stakeholder inquiries
- Assist with ad hoc requests
