About the Role
You will own the architecture of liquid-cooled rack deployments, including power, cooling, interconnects, structure, and serviceability. You will define rack-to-facility interfaces, lead engineering disciplines, conduct design reviews, and align rack roadmaps with accelerator vendors and facility architecture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of rack-scale compute system-architecture experience
- Experience owning a rack product end to end
- Experience shipping dense liquid-cooled rack-scale products
- Experience leading electrical, mechanical, and thermal engineers
- Experience writing interface-control documents
- Knowledge of copper and optical scale-up interconnects at 200G+ per lane
- Experience with NVL-class programs, seismic qualification, facility-side liquid cooling, or accelerator vendor roadmaps is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Own liquid-cooled rack architecture, power budgets, cooling, interconnects, structure, and serviceability
- Define interface-control documents between racks and facilities
- Lead electrical, mechanical, thermal, and integration engineers
- Run rigorous design reviews
- Align rack roadmaps with accelerator vendors and facility architecture
