About the Role

You will own technical direction across a product pillar, manage and coach engineering managers, and align multi-team roadmaps with product, design, and data science leaders. You will guide delivery across the development lifecycle, remove organizational blockers, and uphold engineering quality and testing standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years managing software engineering teams in a direct-to-consumer product organization
• Experience managing engineering managers
• Experience shipping consumer products at scale
• Ability to review code and guide architecture across multiple teams
• Experience setting multi-team roadmaps with product, design, and data science partners
• Experience hiring, developing, and retaining engineering managers and engineers
• Experience building and operating production systems at scale
• Knowledge of AI and agentic coding in production engineering workflows
• Eligibility to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, and data science leaders on multi-team roadmaps
• Manage tradeoffs and remove organizational blockers across teams
• Champion code quality, testing, iteration, and maintainability
• Represent the pillar in cross-functional planning and leadership discussions
