About the Role

You will lead strategic procurement activities to secure high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies, run RFQs/RFPs, negotiate contracts and pricing, onboard and manage suppliers, monitor market trends, and track procurement KPIs to deliver cost savings and ensure supply continuity.

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Analytical skills and cost management abilities
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Knowledge of procurement tools and ERP systems such as SAP ERP
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Understanding of supply chain processes and risk management
  • Data centre, GPU or software storage knowledge (nice to have)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
  • Master's degree (MBA) preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are a plus
  • Typically 5-10 years in procurement or supply chain roles
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals
  • Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors
  • Lead RFQs, RFPs, contract negotiations and pricing agreements
  • Ensure timely procurement of goods and services
  • Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, operations and supply chain
  • Track procurement KPIs and prepare reports
  • Drive sourcing cost savings
  • Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity
