About the Role
You will lead strategic procurement activities to secure high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies, run RFQs/RFPs, negotiate contracts and pricing, onboard and manage suppliers, monitor market trends, and track procurement KPIs to deliver cost savings and ensure supply continuity.
Requirements
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Analytical skills and cost management abilities
- Supplier relationship management
- Knowledge of procurement tools and ERP systems such as SAP ERP
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Understanding of supply chain processes and risk management
- Data centre, GPU or software storage knowledge (nice to have)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
- Master's degree (MBA) preferred
- Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are a plus
- Typically 5-10 years in procurement or supply chain roles
- Experience in strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors
- Lead RFQs, RFPs, contract negotiations and pricing agreements
- Ensure timely procurement of goods and services
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, operations and supply chain
- Track procurement KPIs and prepare reports
- Drive sourcing cost savings
- Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity
