Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
  • Proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill roles with expertise in sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach strategies
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data; provide actionable feedback to hiring managers
  • Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new roles and requirements; flexibility and curiosity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers, provide regular updates, and manage expectations; ability to build trust and act as a strategic partner
  • Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges and meet ambitious outreach targets
