You will manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and research roles, build outbound sourcing pipelines, partner with hiring managers and engineers to calibrate profiles, analyze pipeline data, build recruiting tools, and adapt to changing priorities and difficult searches.
Requirements
- 4 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience filling difficult roles through outbound sourcing and talent mapping.
- Technical literacy and ability to hold conversations with senior engineers.
- Experience adopting AI tools and automating recruiting workflows.
- Communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for engineering and research roles across EMEA.
- Build outbound sourcing pipelines using research, talent mapping, referrals, AI-assisted automation, and outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers and engineers to calibrate candidate profiles.
- Represent the role to prospective candidates.
- Track and analyze pipeline data to improve sourcing strategy.
- Build tooling when existing tools do not meet needs.
- Adapt to hard-to-fill roles, new priorities, and compressed timelines.
