About the Role
ElevenLabs seeks an experienced leader to drive public sector partnerships and government affairs across Europe, engage policymakers and stakeholders, monitor regulatory developments, support internal policy development, advise leadership, promote government adoption, and implement policy campaigns.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in public and private sector policy roles focused on AI and technology.
- Strong knowledge of the European AI policy landscape.
- Experience designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes.
- Coalition-building experience.
- Public policy experience across Europe.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement with government bodies and officials across Europe.
- Build relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
- Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations.
- Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events.
- Support internal policy development.
- Advise leadership on regional policy trends and business implications.
- Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services.
- Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives.
