About the Role

You will own end-to-end manufacturing and retrofit programs, maintain schedules and milestones, coordinate production readiness, manage risks and dependencies, report program health to leadership, and build scalable governance processes. You may travel to customer and client locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, automation, robotics, industrial equipment, or related industries
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and external suppliers
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations
• Experience managing cross-functional projects, schedules, risks, dependencies, and multiple workstreams
• Communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with retrofit or NPI programs and manufacturing readiness reviews preferred
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Confluence preferred

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end manufacturing and retrofit programs across contract manufacturing partners
• Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness and production-ramp activities
• Monitor KPIs, schedule adherence, and contract manufacturer execution
• Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies and develop mitigation and recovery plans
• Create executive dashboards, status reports, and steering-committee materials
• Develop scalable program-management processes and governance frameworks
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
