About the Role
You will support strategic planning and budget tracking, define team processes and KPIs, optimize workspaces, manage phase-two space-development activities, coordinate physical-security plans, and deliver ad-hoc access, alumni, and office-assignment projects.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of space-management experience or equivalent qualifications and experience
- Organizational and priority-management skills
- Ability to work independently and propose proactive solutions
- Stakeholder collaboration and relationship-management skills
- French and English bilingual proficiency
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the team strategic plan and annual budget monitoring
- Define and implement processes to achieve team objectives
- Track, evaluate, and review deployed processes
- Serve on space-optimization committees and improve workspace use
- Manage phase-two implementation, community communication, and consultations
- Act as safety officer for the physical-security plan
- Coordinate physical-security plan deployment and compliance with security and IT partners
- Support alumni, visitor-access, and office-assignment projects
