About the Role
You will lead day-to-day data-collection operations during your assigned shift. You will allocate capture work across data creators and stations, resolve and escalate operational issues, maintain shift coverage, document handoffs, enforce SOPs and safety guidance, and report production, downtime, and recurring issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, production, logistics, or shift supervision
- Experience leading a team's day-to-day execution
- Experience coordinating people and priorities in a physical, dynamic environment
- Ability to make rapid decisions with incomplete information
- Clear communication and accurate shift-record keeping
- Availability for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Professional English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day shift data-collection operations
- Allocate capture work across data creators and stations
- Resolve and escalate hardware, capture, team, and facilities issues
- Maintain coverage for breaks, absences, and rotation
- Conduct structured shift handoffs
- Enforce SOPs and safety and ergonomics guidance
- Collaborate with project coordinators and data-quality staff
- Report production, downtime, and recurring issues to site leadership
