About the Role
You will lead the delivery of hyperscale data centre construction projects as the delivery representative for major capital schemes. You will shape delivery strategies, oversee cost, schedules, risks, governance, procurement, and contracting, coordinate internal and external partners, and support successful project completion and operational handover.
Requirements
- 12+ years of major construction project delivery experience
- Related degree
- Experience delivering design-and-build or EPC projects from concept through commissioning
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary design coordination, construction, MEP systems, and data centre requirements
- Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder governance
- Senior-level communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English
- Norwegian language skills are advantageous
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of large-scale data centre projects through operations handover
- Shape and manage delivery strategies
- Coordinate internal functions and external partners across jurisdictions
- Oversee cost, schedule, risk, and project performance
- Support commercial, procurement, and contracting activities
- Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, sustainability, and ESG commitments
- Build relationships with supply-chain partners, stakeholders, and authorities
- Improve delivery models, processes, and ways of working
