About the Role
You will support the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Information Officer with strategic and operational responsibilities. You will coordinate between the executive board, business functions, and staff units; plan and deliver strategic initiatives; prepare meetings and materials; analyze complex business and regulatory questions; support cross-functional projects; and improve governance, risk, and IT-management processes.
Requirements
- Degree in economics, business informatics, or a comparable discipline
- Experience in financial services is desirable
- Knowledge of project management, risk management, information technology, information security, IT governance, or banking regulation
- Very good written and spoken German and English
Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Information Officer in planning, managing, and implementing strategic projects and initiatives
- Prepare and follow up on executive-board meetings, workshops, and committee sessions
- Create board papers, decision documents, management reports, and presentations
- Analyze complex business and regulatory questions and derive action options
- Support cross-functional projects and process improvements
- Collaborate with business functions, staff units, and leaders to ensure efficient information flow
- Support the development of governance, risk-management, and IT-management processes
