About the Role

You will partner with senior leaders to execute Member Operations strategy, turn objectives into actionable plans, conduct analysis, and manage strategic initiatives. You will improve member journeys, lead root-cause investigations, coordinate cross-functional work, manage operational planning and budgets, and support leadership communications.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Member Operations strategy with senior leaders
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and monitor delivery
  • Conduct research and analysis for business decisions and special projects
  • Prepare leadership presentations and reports
  • Lead local Member Operations teams in Hyderabad
  • Identify critical member journeys and investigate root causes of inefficiencies
  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Training teams to implement sustainable fixes
  • Establish metrics and feedback loops for continuous improvement
  • Chair steering groups and manage business-review cadences
  • Drive process improvements and oversee the operational budget
  • Facilitate communications and act as liaison between senior leaders and team leaders
