About the Role

You will own commercial performance for Banking Payments in the UK. You will forecast revenue, analyse member payment behaviour, shape product and commercial strategy, lead go-to-market launches, develop lifecycle engagement initiatives, monitor competitors, and align Product, Finance, CRM, Operations, Engineering, and leadership stakeholders.

  • Set, track, and refine commercial projections for Banking Payments
  • Analyse member payment behaviours and initiative performance
  • Shape payment propositions and product-roadmap priorities
  • Lead commercialisation and go-to-market strategy for payment features
  • Develop lifecycle and engagement strategies that drive activation, usage, and retention
  • Align Product, Finance, Operations, Engineering, CRM, and leadership stakeholders
  • Monitor payment trends, competitors, and market developments
  • Use member feedback and behaviour to inform commercial and product decisions
