About the Role

You will lead regional project-controls and scheduling teams across concurrent data center builds. You will oversee schedules and controls, manage claims and changes, assess risks, develop reporting and training, review contracts, and support delivery and bid decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in construction, including 7+ years in project controls or scheduling
• 7+ years handling scheduling and productivity claims
• Leadership experience and experience implementing companywide procedures
• Proficiency in CPM scheduling, contracts, risk processes, and self-perform productivity
• Experience with financial and cost systems, forecasting, and risk evaluation
• Expertise in P6, Microsoft Suite, and Bluebeam
• Ability to travel within the region

Responsibilities

• Lead regional project-controls and scheduling teams
• Oversee project schedules and controls processes
• Manage change orders, claims, delay analyses, and dispute-resolution support
• Ensure compliance with budget, scheduling, and reporting practices
• Partner on risk, claims, and recovery strategies
• Support client interviews, go/no-go decisions, and bid strategies
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and training programs
• Mentor project-controls staff
• Conduct contract reviews for risk, timelines, and notification protocols
