About the Role
You will plan and coordinate manufacturing test delivery for new product introductions. You will connect chip, board, and system testing with lab operations and silicon characterisation, manage cross-functional plans and dependencies, support DfX reviews, and improve NPI and NPD processes.
Requirements
- Programme and project management skills for hardware-centric cross-functional programmes
- Ability to use waterfall, Agile, or Scrum delivery methods
- Understanding of test and diagnosis across silicon, packaged devices, PCB assemblies, server blades, and rack-scale systems
- Ability to connect hardware design, manufacturing, test, lab infrastructure, and silicon characterisation
- Experience managing complex dependencies
- Communication skills across geographically distributed teams
- Legal right to work in the UK

- Create visibility across scope, milestones, dependencies, and readiness
- Support DfX reviews and manage cross-functional plans
- Manage technical, operational, and manufacturing dependencies
