About the Role
You will lead complex implementations for construction clients, manage scope, risks, timelines, and escalations, and translate client workflows into implementation roadmaps. You will track delivery outcomes, improve repeatable processes, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and use AI tools to strengthen planning, communication, and risk identification.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery.
- Construction industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to deliver concurrent client implementations on time with measurable outcomes.
- Client communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience identifying implementation process improvements.
- Working knowledge of construction project and financial workflows, including project setup, project financials, payables, lien waivers, project controls, or subcontractor and vendor coordination.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid implementation methodologies.
- Comfort with project management tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex client implementations and manage project scope, risk, and timelines.
- Conduct discovery and planning sessions and translate business goals and workflows into implementation roadmaps.
- Manage client escalations and resolve high-impact issues.
- Identify, document, and share process improvements and standardized solutions.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Track and communicate implementation metrics, insights, and lessons learned.
- Use AI tools to accelerate planning, client communication, and risk identification.
- Use AI for drafting, analysis, summarization, problem-solving, automation, and strategic insights.
- Share effective AI use cases and best practices.
