About the Role
You will analyze workforce strategy questions, synthesize research and findings, and develop recommendations for executive decisions. You will create dashboards, reports, and presentations, manage complex deliverables and dependencies, and improve analytical tools through automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of related experience
- Management consulting, strategy, or similar experience, including at least one year as a project manager
- Research and analytical skills
- Financial modeling, analysis, and business case development experience
- Executive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple efforts independently
- Ability to build consensus and influence relationships across management levels
