About the Role
You will independently own the largest and most complex client implementations from kickoff through stabilization. You will advise clients on organizational change, training, and platform adoption; improve implementation methodologies; resolve escalations; track health metrics; mentor implementation managers; and champion AI and tooling adoption.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery.
- Expertise in enterprise implementation strategy, change management, and organizational transformation.
- Experience designing processes or frameworks that improve delivery speed, consistency, or client satisfaction.
- Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Familiarity with construction finance and lending workflows, including draw management, lien waivers, compliance tracking, loan administration, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with enterprise software implementation methodologies.
- Subject matter expertise in implementation delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own complex client implementations from kickoff through stabilization.
- Advise clients on organizational change, training strategy, and platform adoption.
- Design and implement standardized methodologies, templates, and playbooks.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting.
- Diagnose and resolve high-risk or high-impact project escalations.
- Identify and own implementation health metrics and use data to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Mentor implementation managers on complex client situations.
- Champion AI and tooling adoption to improve delivery quality and client outcomes.
- Use AI for drafting, analysis, summarization, problem-solving, automation, and strategic insights.
- Share effective AI use cases and best practices.
