About the Role
You will manage customized website projects from concept through release. You will define requirements, maintain project plans, lead meetings, guide design and user experience, coordinate quality assurance and testing, manage technology requirements, and oversee capacity, roadmaps, budgets, and financials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of project-management experience delivering digital solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience developing and managing timelines and budgets across multiple business units
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients and business partners
- Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical business partners
- Experience implementing and managing processes
- Familiarity with content management systems
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans
- Lead team and client meetings to define detailed requirements
- Guide website design and user experience
- Review website functionality and coordinate quality assurance and testing
- Manage technology requirements, including single sign-on and security scans
- Execute custom client projects and new product development
- Manage team capacity, project roadmaps, budgets, and financials
- Build and maintain project-management methodologies
