About the Role

You will lead execution and operational maturity for global company-owned and company-operated unmanned aircraft system deployments supporting contracted ISR missions. You will manage customer relationships, program budget and schedule performance, resources, risks, bottlenecks, stakeholders, and program reporting while coordinating flight operations, logistics, sustainment, subcontractors, finance, and customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience for Department of Defense programs
• Ability to run advanced programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Leadership, time management, organization, and team management skills
• Expert understanding of complex project financials
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliable program performance in support of customer and end-user missions
• Collaborate with, motivate, and lead stakeholders to deliver programs early and under budget
• Manage customer relationships and serve as the program point of contact
• Balance shifting customer priorities across cost, schedule, and technical parameters
• Manage all aspects of the program
• Track and report budget, resource, and project management metrics
• Perform critical path analyses and mitigate identified risks
• Identify program bottlenecks and delays and keep projects on schedule
• Guide project prioritization and resource utilization with leadership
• Lead program meetings and follow-up activities
