About the Role
You will support program operations, coordinate cohorts and speakers, produce Demo Day, build LLM-enabled workflows, create marketing content, and support candidate sourcing and recruitment campaigns for scientific entrepreneurship programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, including startup experience
- Experience using LLMs for prompting, tool chaining, and light automation
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Interest in deep tech, science, and researcher-to-founder journeys
Responsibilities
- Support cohort logistics, guest-speaker coordination, evaluations, and Demo Day production
- Design and build LLM-enabled workflows and tools for programs
- Write website copy, LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach, and event materials
- Support candidate sourcing and outbound recruitment campaigns
- Support evolving program and startup portfolio needs
