About the Role
You will deliver and evolve the bank's payments ecosystem across ACH, wire, card, and real-time payment channels. You will coordinate with core banking SaaS providers, payment networks, integration teams, and vendors to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant processing. You will implement testing, controls, and reconciliation, monitor performance and risk metrics, manage project budgets with financial discipline, and drive operational readiness and vendor accountability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing technology programs or large projects within financial services
- Experience with banking payments technology strongly desired
- Demonstrated success coordinating multi-vendor or SaaS-based implementations
- Strong command of integration and configuration management
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into delivery plans and maintain focus on value schedule and cost
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Sound financial discipline including budget planning and variance tracking
- Experience with Agile and hybrid project methodologies
- Commitment to working within PMO governance frameworks
