About the Role
You will build and run the professional services function, scoping and delivering custom integrations and SOW engagements for key accounts. You will source, onboard, and manage specialized contractors and integration partners, oversee project execution, ensure compliance and quality, own billing and financial operations, and continuously improve delivery processes and reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years in professional services or product
- 3–5+ years hiring and leading teams in high-growth environments
- Domain expertise in payments, fintech, fraud, AML, KYC, or compliance
- Experience in project scoping and financial operations including SOW and MSA creation and managing project profitability
- Technical fluency to oversee frontend, backend, and SQL-heavy projects
- Strong critical thinking and ability to source and embed external expertise
- Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Draft and manage statements of work and change orders
- Partner with sales and post-sales to scope SOW engagements and define deliverables and success criteria
- Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery of large projects for global key accounts
- Build a preferred certified integration partner program
- Source, screen, onboard, and manage specialized contractors and consultants
- Match contractor skills and availability to project requirements
- Manage contractor performance and maintain quality scorecards
- Ensure contractor compliance with security and financial regulations
- Oversee project execution to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Serve as escalation point for project issues and client concerns
- Conduct retrospectives and implement continuous improvements
- Own billing processes including time tracking, invoice review, and payment processing
- Manage project budgets, track margins, and report profitability
- Coordinate with finance for revenue recognition and contractor payables
- Build and refine operational processes, tools, and templates
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for utilization, project health, and financial performance
