About the Role

Coordinate and deliver client projects end-to-end across enterprise and institutional engagements, ensuring project governance, documentation, and operational processes are executed with precision.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration
  • Experience supporting technical or enterprise projects, preferably in financial services, fintech, or technology
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Monday, MS Project, or similar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Understanding of project management principles and best practices
  • Collaborative self-starter with strong customer engagement skills
  • Swiss German, German, and English required; French and/or Italian is a plus
  • Based in Switzerland, with focus on Zurich and Lugano
  • Exposure to blockchain, digital assets, or crypto infrastructure is preferred
  • Familiarity with financial services operations or regulated environments is preferred
  • Agile or hybrid delivery experience and project management certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support project administration, documentation, and coordination activities
  • Maintain project management tools, trackers, and dashboards
  • Prepare project status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
  • Track actions, decisions, risks, and issues through closure
  • Maintain organized and current project documentation repositories
  • Assist with onboarding project team members and stakeholders
  • Consolidate project data for internal and client reporting
  • Support budget tracking and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, templates, and governance frameworks
  • Improve PMO processes, templates, and tooling
