About the Role

You will lead the strategic vision, design, and execution of fintech products. You will define long-term product roadmaps, integrate regulatory compliance and data protection into product design, create high-level service concepts and detailed PRDs, and oversee backend settlement, reconciliation and automated reporting systems. You will liaise with business, engineering and compliance/legal stakeholders and continuously improve product management processes to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in product planning, service development and management
  • Proven experience building and scaling fintech systems in payments and remittance domains
  • Deep understanding of financial regulations including AML and KYC
  • Experience with Bank of Thailand (BOT) regulations
  • Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO) requirements
  • Understanding of Personal Data Protection Committee guidelines under PDPA
  • Extensive experience in backend operations including settlement, clearing and reconciliation
  • Extensive experience writing comprehensive PRDs and high-level architectural planning
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Native-level fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive long-term product vision for payment and cross-border remittance services
  • Integrate regulatory compliance and data protection requirements into product development
  • Lead creation of high-level service concepts and detailed functional specifications (PRDs)
  • Oversee enhancement of backend operational support systems including settlement and reconciliation
  • Implement automated reporting tools for operational processes
  • Act as liaison between business, engineering and Compliance/Legal teams to meet licensing and operational standards
  • Establish and refine product management processes for continuous improvement
