About the Role
You will drive operational efficiency across engineering by coordinating with engineering teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to deliver product milestones. You will create, organize, and follow up on tickets, prioritize and resource deliverables, and champion best practices for communication and collaboration. You will identify and improve engineering processes, proactively mitigate blockers, and manage end-to-end releases including versioning, patch notes, configuration documentation, and stakeholder communications. You will work closely with DevOps, research, and engineering teams and apply agile practices such as scrum and kanban using GitHub issues.
Requirements
- Ability to pick up technical concepts quickly
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- 3+ years establishing and managing programs or managing projects in a technology company
- 2+ years experience in process improvement
- Stellar attention to detail and highly organized
- Familiarity with agile practices and frameworks, particularly scrum and kanban (we use GitHub issues)
- Comfort working with technical teams (DevOps, research, engineering) and understanding technical documentation
- Interest in blockchain, web3, or crypto with a desire for continued learning
- Vendor management experience
- Degree in a math, science, or engineering field is helpful

- Identify and improve engineering processes to increase rigor and efficiency
- Anticipate and proactively mitigate blockers for engineering progress and communication
- Own end-to-end release management including versioning, patch notes, configuration documentation, and stakeholder communications
