About the Role
You will own the end-to-end delivery of the company's most strategic customer engagements, acting as the connective tissue between the company and its most important customers. You'll structure engagements, drive execution against a plan, and ensure flawless communication at every level, including with senior executives on both sides. You'll build and maintain detailed project plans, run a consistent cadence of engagement communication, and produce executive-ready reporting. You'll coordinate cross-functionally across many teams while managing multiple concurrent high-touch engagements, and you'll need to be based on the US East Coast with flexibility to work customer hours and travel as needed.
Requirements
- 6+ years of program or project management experience with large, complex, external-facing engagements
- Exceptional executive communication skills, written and verbal
- Proven ability to build and drive detailed project plans and hold cross-functional teams accountable without formal authority
- Strong track record of structuring ambiguous, complex engagements into clear plans, workstreams, and reporting cadences
- Strong risk and issue management discipline
- Calm, organized, detail-oriented operator
- Based in the US (East Coast), with flexibility to work customer hours across time zones and travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Own program management for a portfolio of Tier 1 customer engagements from kickoff through go-live and into steady state
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, tracking scope, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and owners
- Proactively drive execution, unblock work, and escalate appropriately when engagement health is at risk
- Serve as the primary program-level point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships with stakeholders up to executive sponsors
- Design and run a consistent cadence of engagement communication including status updates, steering committee meetings, and executive business reviews
- Produce clear, executive-ready reporting for internal leadership and customer executives
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, and Legal/Compliance
- Manage multiple concurrent high-touch engagements while prioritizing across competing timelines and stakeholder needs
- Own internal reporting on portfolio health, surfacing patterns, risks, and resourcing needs to leadership
