Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to maintain a unified direction and achieve company objectives
- Design lightweight processes that enhance visibility, ensure accountability, and minimize unnecessary overhead
- Deploy AI tooling to synthesize standup updates, monitor commitment drift, and proactively identify project risks before they escalate
- Oversee tracking of commitments and surfacing of risks to ensure that nothing critical slips through the cracks
- Own and evolve internal reporting rhythms—including standups, reviews, and planning cycles—to make meetings truly valuable and actionable
- Build and refine the operational infrastructure needed for a small team to execute with outsized impact and agility
