Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams
- Design lightweight processes that enhance visibility, ensure accountability, and minimize unnecessary overhead
- Deploy AI tooling to synthesize standup updates, monitor commitment drift, and identify project risks
- Track commitments and surface risks to ensure critical items are addressed
- Own and evolve internal reporting rhythms, including standups, reviews, and planning cycles
- Build and refine operational infrastructure for a small, high-impact team
