About the Role

You will provide leadership and oversight across multiple large-scale construction projects, driving consistency and best practices across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting. You will lead cost and project controls professionals, assess financial and schedule performance, manage vendors, and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management
  • Experience managing multiple projects with area- or program-level accountability
  • Experience leading standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Advanced financial and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience leading teams and managing external vendors
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, large-scale construction environments

Responsibilities

  • Provide area-level leadership across concurrent construction projects
  • Drive standardization across cost management, scheduling, change management, risk management, and reporting
  • Lead cost managers responsible for monthly cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, change and risk management, pay application review, and client billing submissions
  • Assess cost and schedule health and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Communicate financial and schedule insights to senior leadership and clients
  • Manage onsite vendors providing cost management and scheduling services
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting across projects
  • Partner with construction, engineering, procurement, and leadership teams
