The independent research and development of the third generation of blockchain business reached the leading level in the industry, with high-performance transaction processing capabilities (TPS avg. 4500+), efficient mechanism of consensus (DPoS + pBFT), robust and smart engine (Lua + WASM) contract, plus the blockchain decentralized control ability. WaykiChain will provide expertise in critical areas of vertical industry with infrastructure services and industry solutions.

About the Role
You will coordinate multiple concurrent creative and marketing projects, ensuring high-quality work lands on time. You will build flexible project timelines and proactively balance team capacity as priorities shift. You will refine production workflows to simplify processes, clear bottlenecks, and keep the team agile. You will partner closely with internal project leads to manage expectations, solve delivery challenges, and provide project visibility. You will oversee production spend, external vendor relationships, and freelance contracts to scale content production, and you will work with the AI Ops team to test, adopt, and integrate smart automation tools that reduce manual tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing creative workflows within an internal marketing or creative team environment
- Highly proficient with database-driven project management tools, with a strong preference for Airtable or similar platform
- Resilient, flexible, and genuinely motivated to evolve production processes alongside a scaling business
- Practical interest in emerging AI tools and a knack for using them to drive operational efficiency
- Confident relationship builder who can navigate competing priorities, negotiate deadlines, and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams
- Experienced in managing production budgets, external vendors, and freelance talent to drive complex projects through to completion

- Collaborate closely with internal project leads to manage expectations, solve delivery challenges, and provide project visibility
- Manage production spend, external vendor relationships, and freelance contracts to scale content production
- Work with the AI Ops team to test, adopt, and integrate smart automation tools that reduce manual tasks
