About the Role
You will lead complex projects in the digital assets and blockchain space, driving execution and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to deliver high-impact solutions for clients. You'll plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects at once, defining scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. You'll identify risks and dependencies, put mitigation strategies in place, and keep projects on track. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, working closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams. You'll communicate project status, risks, and progress clearly to executive leadership and clients, leveraging your technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams. You'll stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in banking, crypto, and financial infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management within banking, crypto, or SaaS enterprises
- Strong technical knowledge in enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in blockchain or digital assets is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong leadership and ability to influence teams without direct authority
- Passion for innovation and emerging technologies in digital finance
- Fluent in English and Japanese
