About the Role

You will provide programmatic and administrative support to the American Statecraft Program and report to the Program Director. You will track budgets and expenses, process payment requests, support initiatives and grants, prepare communications and materials, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, plan events, and maintain contacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Approximately 1 year of experience providing logistical, administrative, budgetary or financial, grant-related, and event-related support
  • Teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Track program budgets and monitor expenses
  • Process payment requests
  • Support program initiatives
  • Contribute to grant writing, proposal preparation, and grants management
  • Draft and edit donor communications and program materials
  • Track project deliverables
  • Manage program and individual calendars and schedule meetings
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person conferences, workshops, and roundtables
  • Draft and distribute event invitations
  • Maintain the program contact database
  • Coordinate with other programs and departments
