About the Role

As a Professional Services Consultant, you'll serve as the critical link between cutting-edge treasury technology and the real-world financial goals of global clients. You won't just implement a platform; you'll act as a digital architect and trusted advisor, deeply understanding each client's unique business environment, prescribing industry best practices, and architecting configurations that transform their treasury operations into a powerhouse of efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS
  • Experience in roles requiring a consultative mindset, asking "why" and challenging the status quo
  • Technical aptitude navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
  • Communication skills translating technical concepts into accessible financial concepts
  • Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
  • Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance

Responsibilities

  • Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
  • Design and document the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of the treasury suite to meet client goals
  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes
  • Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns with the strategic vision
  • Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure clients realize maximum ROI
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the product roadmap
