About the Role

You will own and improve the global travel program, including the Navan platform, vendor relationships, policy governance, and employee travel experience. You will coordinate with Finance, People, IT, and Procurement, report program performance, improve processes, manage training, analyze satisfaction data, and maintain travel documentation and communications.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of corporate travel program management experience
  • Hands-on experience managing Navan or a comparable corporate travel platform
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Experience collaborating with Finance, IT, People, and Procurement
  • Ability to analyze and present spend and compliance data
  • Ability to manage competing priorities autonomously
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Experience with policy exception and accommodation review processes

Responsibilities

  • Own the Navan platform configuration and optimization
  • Coordinate Navan changes with IT Systems
  • Manage policy exceptions and accommodation requests
  • Manage the Navan vendor relationship
  • Escalate contract, pricing, and SLA issues to Procurement
  • Lead monthly program reviews
  • Report spend trends, policy compliance, and NPS findings
  • Implement scalable travel program processes
  • Manage Navan training and WorkRamp completion
  • Analyze employee satisfaction metrics
  • Maintain travel documentation, FAQs, and communications
  • Answer travel policy questions
