About the Role
You will assess the merchant network through daily field visits, monitor merchant activity and compliance, inspect service quality, conduct customer transactions, gather and analyze data, prepare merchant reports, follow up on activations and promotions, review adherence to processes, train corporate staff, and support corporate deployment and setup.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in field roles, service quality assessment, surveys, or data collection
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong memorization abilities
- Organization and flexibility
- Ability to work discreetly and impartially
- Training skills
- Knowledge of Google Forms and Google Sheets
- Fluency in French
Responsibilities
- Make daily field visits to ensure the corporate network operates properly
- Monitor merchant activity and transaction levels
- Check Wave branding, materials, and operational conformity
- Visit and analyze corporate merchants as a customer
- Inspect merchant environments for concerns and improvement areas
- Perform transactions and ask questions to assess service quality and compliance
- Analyze and report merchant behavior and responses
- Prepare a complete report for each merchant visited
- Follow up on field activation and promotion activities
- Analyze corporate teams' adherence to processes and policies through random calls
- Execute internal audit administration tasks
- Train corporate staff on processes, business applications, and best practices
- Monitor compliance with service quality, deadlines, equipment, and other commitments
- Support corporate deployment and setup
