About the Role
You will process client deposits and withdrawals accurately across card, bank, and PayPal payment methods. You will enforce anti-money laundering controls, administer payment and banking portals, resolve complex payment issues, manage reports and audits, communicate across departments, and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree-level education
- Fluency in English
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work UK-hour shifts from 12:30pm to 3:30am IST
- Ability to work under pressure
- Logical and analytical approach
- Organization and time management skills
- MS Office literacy
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Process deposits accurately and efficiently in accordance with compliance regulations
- Process and release withdrawals across card, bank, and PayPal payment methods
- Enforce anti-money laundering controls
- Verify bank statements and payment methods
- Administer payment and banking portals
- Resolve complex payment queries and errors
- Handle daily reports, bonuses, tax, and audits
- Communicate across departments to resolve queries
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
