About the Role
You will work with Operations, Finance, Treasury, Product and Technology to plan and execute process-improvement projects, develop processes for emerging use cases and products, document agreed procedures, ensure AML, CTR and STR compliance, and provide technical, operational and processing expertise. You will also recommend and lead the implementation of software applications that help scale operations.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to rapidly assess complex situations
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to implement process improvements with speed and precision in high-pressure environments
- End-to-end project management track record
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Green Belt in Six Sigma preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Work with Operations, Finance, Treasury, Product and Technology to identify, scope, plan and execute process-improvement projects
- Develop processes and initiatives for emerging use cases and products
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address gaps and customer needs
- Create comprehensive process documentation
- Ensure compliance with AML, CTR and STR requirements
- Provide technical, operational and processing expertise for products and services
- Recommend applications that help the company scale
- Lead the setup and implementation of in-house or third-party software
- Perform further duties as assigned
