About the Role

You will scope ambiguous cross-functional problems, build analyses and recommendations, and drive decisions with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders. You will design scalable processes, manage feedback between Field Operations and Product and Engineering, validate feature deployments, define KPIs, monitor field performance, and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Requirements

At least 2 years of post-undergraduate experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or a similar analytical role
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent demonstrated rigor
Structured problem-solving skills
Ability to use data to drive process improvements and product decisions
Attention to detail and timely execution in complex environments
Experience working across Engineering, Field Operations, and Product teams
Communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders
Interest in product development
Ability to use generative AI tools for workflows and stakeholder communication
Willingness to work full-time in the Mountain View office
Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer and deployment locations

Responsibilities

Scope cross-functional problems into analyses and recommendations
Drive decisions with Product, Engineering, and Operations leadership
Design, document, and establish scalable operational processes
Manage feedback between Field Operations and Product and Engineering
Translate operational needs into prioritized product and engineering requirements
Test, validate, and deploy product features
Define operational KPIs and analyze field product performance
Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
Drive timely execution in product deployment and operational workflows
