About the Role
You will complete an 18-month rotational program across operational, technical, and customer-facing functions. You will support automated-system performance, analyze operational data, identify improvements, contribute corrective actions, and complete capstone projects. You will work with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to improve safety, quality, productivity, and performance.
Requirements
- Recent master's degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or supply chain, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent work or military experience
- Analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to relocate and travel as needed
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime
- Demonstrated leadership potential
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 75%
Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational assignments across operational, technical, and customer-facing functions
- Support the operation and performance of automated systems
- Build knowledge of site operations, manufacturing, supply chain, installation, commissioning, and service functions
- Partner with teams and customers to improve safety, quality, productivity, and performance
- Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities
- Support corrective actions
- Complete capstone projects
- Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development
