About the Role
Call existing and prospective members, understand their businesses, recommend banking and payment products, support product launches, test leads and scripts, meet sales targets, gather feedback, and assist with cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Previous financial-services telesales experience and success working toward a revenue target
- Experience using Kustomer or a similar CRM tool
- Excellent telephone manner and objection-handling skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal English communication skills
- Willingness to take on new projects and support team growth
- Willingness to work with Product Owners to gather member feedback
- Knowledge of buyer behaviour, sales, and KYC
- Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently toward KPIs and targets
Responsibilities
- Call existing members and build rapport to understand their businesses
- Upsell relevant products and services to members
- Work cross-functionally to prepare for and pitch upcoming product launches
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Test new leads and sales scripts
- Recommend relevant products and services to prospective members
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects across the business
