About the Role

You will identify, scope, plan, and execute projects and integrations across operations, finance, treasury, product, and technology functions. You will develop processes for emerging use cases, address operational gaps, support customer needs, and ensure compliance with AML, CTR, and STR requirements. You will provide technical and operational expertise, influence stakeholders, recommend scalable applications, lead software implementations, and assist with business-as-usual responsibilities.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations, process improvement, strategy, or a similar department.
• Ability to rapidly assess complex situations and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to implement process improvements with speed and precision in high-pressure environments.
• Strong end-to-end project management experience from strategy through implementation and evaluation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and implementation of in-house and third-party software.
• Assist with business-as-usual responsibilities as needed.
• Undertake additional assigned duties.
