About the Role
You will process anti financial crime cases identify suspicious transaction patterns and assist with KYC reviews regulatory compliance transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reports. You will collaborate across operations product and support teams improve customer processes analyze AI supported workflows prepare data based evaluations onboard and offboard affiliate partners and continuously optimize systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- A proactive get things done mindset
- Genuine interest in Bitcoin startups and operational processes
- Proficiency with Slack Notion or Jira
- Initial experience in a startup consultancy or financial services environment is preferred
- Understanding of compliance or anti financial crime topics is preferred
