About the Role

You will support reliable product operations by settling crypto and fiat funds, reconciling balances, resolving exceptions, recording transactions, documenting operational flows, and supporting customers across a 24x7 global operating model.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in operations, settlement, and reconciliation
Experience monitoring venues and systems in real time and resolving exceptions, breaks, and blocking issues
Willingness to work weekend shifts
Understanding of markets and instruments including cleared, OTC, crypto, and derivatives
Experience implementing off-the-shelf and in-house solutions

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Trading, and Treasury to settle crypto and fiat funds
Reconcile positions and balances across business operations
Assess asset risks and requirements and respond to market activity and exceptions
Record transactions to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries
Document existing finance operational flows
Support a globally distributed customer base for 24x7 products, including weekends and holidays
