About the Role

You will define how products connect with users, from positioning and messaging to go-to-market strategy and launches. You will collaborate with product, design, and marketing to craft narratives, create assets (landing pages, in-app communications, lifecycle emails, FAQs), and translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations. You will measure performance and optimise initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, or high-growth consumer tech
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep user empathy and ability to turn insights into action
  • Experience with paid media
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data to inform strategy
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Adaptability and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market plans for new features and offerings
  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to execute effective product launches
  • Lead market intelligence, segmentation, and customer profiling
  • Develop and refine messaging frameworks and run message testing
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and translate insights into personas and user journeys
  • Create core product marketing assets such as landing pages, in-app communications, lifecycle emails, and FAQs
  • Measure and report on product marketing impact and optimise for results
