About the Role
You will define how products connect with users, from positioning and messaging to go-to-market strategy and launches. You will collaborate with product, design, and marketing to craft narratives, create assets (landing pages, in-app communications, lifecycle emails, FAQs), and translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations. You will measure performance and optimise initiatives to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, or high-growth consumer tech
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep user empathy and ability to turn insights into action
- Experience with paid media
- Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data to inform strategy
- Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally
- Adaptability and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go-to-market plans for new features and offerings
- Partner with leadership and stakeholders to execute effective product launches
- Lead market intelligence, segmentation, and customer profiling
- Develop and refine messaging frameworks and run message testing
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and translate insights into personas and user journeys
- Create core product marketing assets such as landing pages, in-app communications, lifecycle emails, and FAQs
- Measure and report on product marketing impact and optimise for results
