About the Role
You will drive presence at industry events through creative, high-impact activations that prioritize meaningful brand experiences and connections. You will use an ROI-driven mindset to create strategic opportunities for the sales team, orchestrate exclusive dinners, VIP gatherings, and intimate events, and execute non-booth activations. You will secure prime meeting spaces, coordinate logistics for executive participation, identify speaking opportunities, manage relationships with event vendors and venues, partner with business development and community teams, and collaborate with content and design to create promotional materials. The role requires strong organization, travel for events (~15–20%), and is in-person four days a week in Chelsea, New York City.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in cyber, DevTools, or web3
- Non-cookie-cutter thinking and desire to break free from big-SaaS playbooks
- Experience executing creative brand activations beyond typical booths
- Experience coordinating sales-focused meetings and environments at industry events
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving and efficient resource allocation
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to travel for events (approximately 15-20% travel)
- Blockchain/web3 knowledge is preferred but not required

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a calendar of strategic field marketing initiatives
- Partner with business development to drive recruitment and follow up
- Orchestrate exclusive dinners, VIP gatherings, and intimate events with target accounts
- Execute creative non-booth activations that capture attention and drive engagement
- Secure prime meeting spaces to connect with clients and prospects at trade shows
- Partner with the community manager to organize happy hours and in-person workshops
- Coordinate logistics for executive participation at key industry events
- Identify speaking opportunities at high-value industry events for executives
- Manage relationships with event vendors, partners, and venues
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling promotional materials
