About the Role
You will own and scale the full-funnel growth marketing engine, driving customer acquisition, activation, retention and expansion. You will lead paid acquisition, digital (SEO/GEO), ABM and field marketing efforts, run experiments, define metrics and optimise channel performance. You will translate data into investment decisions, allocate budget based on ROI, and remove roadblocks for your team while executing hands-on alongside them.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in senior growth or performance marketing roles in B2B SaaS
- Previous experience as a direct manager of in-house marketing professionals
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- Hands-on knowledge of paid media digital marketing and ABM
- Proficiency with HubSpot and LinkedIn Ads
- Demonstrable ability to analyze performance data and work cross-functionally
- Strong project management and process improvement skills
