About the Role
You will own the People Systems portfolio, including its roadmap, configuration, integrations, automation, governance, stability, testing, and releases. You will partner with People teams to improve employee-lifecycle workflows and advise stakeholders on platform capabilities and priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of HRIS or People Systems experience with extensive hands-on Workday experience
- Advanced Workday configuration expertise
- Experience building People Systems integrations and automations
- HR domain knowledge and product management for internal systems
- Experience applying privacy, security, and compliance requirements to system design
- Ability to communicate technical trade-offs to varied stakeholders
- Experience applying AI to People Systems
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and development of Workday, Greenhouse, and adjacent People Systems
- Partner with People teams to design and improve end-to-end workflows
- Configure Workday Core HCM, business processes, security, reporting, integrations, automations, and agentic workflows
- Establish data governance and access controls
- Own platform stability, performance, testing, and release management
- Advise senior stakeholders on system capabilities, constraints, and investment priorities
